Getting started

We offer two easy ways to run your fundraiser. You can order stock upfront to sell as you please, or you can collect orders first so you know how many cartons to order from us. Simply scroll down to find out more.

Option 1 - Order upfront & sell as you please

How do we order?

Simply print out and complete the order form then fax to us on (03) 9428 3967 and a Whole Kids team member will contact you to confirm your booking.  For orders over 50 cartons, a 4-6 week advance notification is required to ensure availability of stock.

How do we distribute products?

To ensure accurate records and tracking of cartons, simply print out the tally sheet here.

How do we pay?

No upfront payment required.  Simply pay 28 days after the date of delivery. Payment options include cheque, bank transfer (EFT) or credit card (processing fee applies).

When do we get delivery?

You'll receive your products between 7-14 days after we receive your order.  To ensure availability and avoid disappointment, we ask that orders over 50 cartons are booked in advance.

What if we need more product?

No problem.  Top-up orders can be placed within the 28 day period, with minimum orders of 15 cartons.  We'll send you an adjusted invoice with the new quantities.

How many units are in a carton?

Each carton of corn chips has 24 units (24 x 35g bags).  Each carton of fruit bars has 20 units (20 x 40g bars). 

What about returns?

Only full and undamaged cartons can be returned within 28 days from delivery.  We'll adjust your invoice with a credit for the returned quantities. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for orders under 15 cartons. If you have less than 15 cartons or half-cartons remaining, why not sell them in the canteen or at the office? 

Sounds good, but what about freight charges?

For orders of 15 cartons or more, we offer FREE DELIVERY.  For orders less than 15 cartons, there will be a freight charge depending on your location.  Please contact us on (03) 9421 6898 to find out more.

Option 2 - How to collect orders first

How do we get started?

Choose the best time to run your fundraiser and call us on (03) 9421 6898 to get organised. Print the pre-order form and distribute to your sellers so they can start gathering orders - people can order by the unit or carton with your sellers.

How do we collect orders?

Collect all orders and payments from your sellers and use the tally sheet provided to record orders and ensure accurate distribution when products arrive. Add up the quantities of each product you require to work out how many cartons to order. Please note that we can only deliver by the carton - we are unable to split cartons or provide quantities less than a full carton. Whole Kids fruit bars are 20 units per carton and Whole Kids corn chips are 24 units per carton.
