Most of these forms and templates can be used for either option you choose, although pre-order forms should be used for Option 2 only (see below).

Forms for Options 1 & 2

Whole Kids Fundraising Order Form

Use the fax order form to order cartons of Whole Kids products. You can use this form for upfront orders or after you have collated individual orders from your fundraising group members.

Whole Kids Fundraising Tally Sheet

Use this form to keep track of orders and distribution of products once you receive your order. If you're running your fundraising under Option 2 (Pre-Order), you can use this sheet to work out how many cartons you need to order.

Whole Kids Newsletter inserts:

Fundraiser launch insert  - Let everyone know about the launch of your Whole Kids fundraiser.

Reminder insert  - Use this to remind everyone to get their orders in before your fundraising closing date.

Fundraiser completion insert  - Whoo-hoo! Let the world know how much money you raised and congratulate everyone involved.
